Flaxseed Buttermilk Recipe

Flaxseed Buttermilk.. Buttermilk is always a part of lunch or late breakfast drink in my mealtimes. I love curd, not just saying, really do love it there haven’t been a day since I was a small kid I didn’t eat it. In fact, sweet Lassi with nuts is my favorite drink ever. Nothing can beat it. And drinking Buttermilk as all know is good for health, it cools down the body and is a very strong calcium source. To make it more healthy, and also help with weight loss or PCOD if anyone has it, try drinking Buttermilk with added Flaxseed. I don’t take it for any of the above mentioned reasons, but it may work if you are looking for a home remedy.
Think of it like a savory smoothie, just blend and drink. It is delicious, so it can’t be too bad if it doesn’t aid your diet goals.
I like mine with just salt and no other addition. But feel free to add green Chilli, mint or coriander leaves.
