VegetarianJaggery Hoppers.. a simple variation from the aappam or hoppers, with a delicious addition of pure jaggery powder and fresh grated coconut on top. Same batter used for the hoppers, just sprinkle some jaggery and coconut,  covere with a lid and cook until the hoppers
