- White sugar: 70g
- Brown sugar: 45g
- Olive oil: 100ml
- Egg: 1
- Vanilla extract: As needed
- Flour: 150g
- Baking soda: ½ tsp
- Salt: ¼ tsp
- Chocolate chips: As desired
- Pistachios: As desired

Preparation Time:
- 10 minutes
Cooking Time:
- 15 minutes at 180°C (356°F)

Instructions:

In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until fully combined. - Add the Extras:
Gently fold in the chocolate chips and chopped pistachios. Add as much as you prefer for your desired flavor and texture. - Shape the Cookies:
Use a spoon or scoop to place dollops of cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each for spreading. - Bake:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes, or until they are golden and set. - Cool and Store:
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack. Once cooled, store them in an airtight container.
