Feeling great this morning? Breakfast that keeps you full and happy all day, with fiber from oats and a splash of ghee… yeah, a good spoonful of ghee with Oatmeal is so good for us it seems according to all food blogs I read. And Ghee, I have always had ghee everyday in all my meals and it is healthier than any fat that we have.

So I always have my bland Oatmeal woth loads of toppings to make it flavorful, nutritious and healthier. Nuts, fruits, dry fruits, ghee, nut butter.
Because I firmly believe fat is needed in our bodies so the nutrients get absorbed and also breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It helps you start the morning with a positive attitude, and it can also help you feel full for longer so you won’t binge later in the day.
