  • ½ tsp salt (adjust as needed)
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp pav bhaji spice mix
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • ½ cup water (adjust for consistency)
  • Additional chopped onion and coriander for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Sauté the Aromatics: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions, green chili, ginger-garlic paste, and a few coriander leaves. Sauté until onions turn soft and translucent.
