Crispy Kuzhipaniyaram with Leftover Dosai Batter

✨ Crispy Kuzhipaniyaram with Leftover Dosai Batter 🥰✨

Turn your leftover dosai batter into a crowd-pleasing snack with this quick and tasty recipe!

🫓 For the Kuzhipaniyaram:

  • 1 cup leftover dosai batter
  • 2 tbsp semolina (rava)
  • A pinch of baking soda
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1-2 green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • A few curry leaves, chopped
  • Salt if needed

👉 Mix everything in a bowl to a thick pouring consistency. Grease a paniyaram pan, pour the batter into each mould, and cook until golden brown on both sides.

🥥 For the Quick Coconut Chutney:

  • ½ cup grated coconut
  • 2 tbsp roasted gram dal
  • 1 green chilli
  • ½ inch ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed

Grind to a smooth chutney.

Tempering:

  • Heat a little oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and pour it over the chutney.

Serve hot with that creamy, spicy chutney and enjoy the crispy perfection! 💛
