Ingredients

For the Bread
Vegetable oil 100ml
Sugar 150 gm
Eggs2
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
All purpose flour 225g
Baking powder 1 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2tsp
Cocoa powder 2 tsp
Strawberry puree 2tsp crush and puree 4 to 5 fruits
Freeze dried strawberry powder-2tsp
For Frosting
cream cheese 25g
Icing sugar 175g
Vanilla extract 1tsp
Strawberry puree 2tsp
Freeze dried strawberry powder 1tsp optional

Instructions

In mixing bowl add the vegetable oil and the sugar.
Mix well.
Add the eggs and the vanilla extract Mix.
Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda and the salt. Mix well.
Divide the batter into 2 equal halves.
To the first half add Cocoa powder
To the other half add the strawberry puree and freeze dried strawberry powder
Pour the batters into lined and greased loaf pan. Spoon in alternate batters if you want a zebra pattern.
Bake 180°C for 45-50 mins.
Cool while you make frosting.
To make the frosting add all the frosting ingredients to the mixing bowl.
Mix until smooth .
Drizzle over the cake.
