Ingredients
1 or 2Green PlantainNendran or any regular raw banana will work. Lightly peel and slice thinly using a mandoline slicer
1tspTurmeric Powder
1tspSaltMore as needed
1tspOilfrom a spray can will be great.
Instructions
Preheat air fryer at 200°C for 5 minutes.
Bring down to 180°C.
Then added sliced banana soaked in salt and turmeric water in the fryer basket, with a little oil sprayed on top.
Cook for 8 mins, shake and cook again for 5 mins.
Finally increase temperature to 200°C again and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add more salt as needed.
