Cup [30 Gms]
Semolina / Cracked Wheat [ Samba Ravai]

Milk of choice
about 750 mils Hot milk preferably

Sugar
White granulated

Ghee
clarified butter

Cashew nuts
Sliced Almonds or pistachios

Instructions
Set the instant pot to saute mode.
Add the ghee and the cashew nuts
Roast until golden.
Add the cardamom pods and the semolina. Stir until coated with ghee.
Add the sugar.
Add the milk, water and the saffron strands. Mix well.
Cancel the saute mode.
Close the instant pot lid and secure the pressure valve. Set the cooking mode as manual cooking and time to 4 minutes.
Relax and let it cook.
Open the lid once the pressure is released.
Add the almonds and the pistachios. Stir well.
Serve warm or cold as you like.

Notes
Use any broken/cracked grain of choice. Rice, wheat or oats work well.
Use milk of choice. Non-dairy milk will work as well.
Replace sweetener with coconut sugar. It will taste amazing.
To serve it cold, keep in refrigerator and serve when needed.
