500gmChickenRemove skin, and have them cut into bite sized.
1tspGinger Garlic Paste
1tspSaltAdjust as needed
1tspRed Chilli Powder
Oil to deep fryOR 1 tsp to bake or air fry.
In a mixing bowl add all ingredients except the oil and mix thoroughly.
Heat oil in a pan, add the chicken pieces [5 or 6 pieces at a time, based on the size of your frying pan] and fry just until you see crispy edges for about 4-5 mins a batch[Do no overcook to avoid chicken from drying].
If baking or air frying, mix a teaspoon of oil to the chicken. Spread them on the pan and bake for 18-20 mins at 190 degrees Celsius.
Bake or fry or air fry as per your convenience.
If left over, store in fridge for a day or two well closed and then fry when you need them.
Serve with mint chutney and salad.
