Simple Carrot Fries
A healthy alternate to the potato french fries made from carrots that are crunchy, sweet, salty and just so perfect to satisfy your fries cravings.

Baking tray, Oven or air fryer
Peeled and cut into fries
From 1 small lemon
Line a baking tray if needed.
To the baking tray add the cut carrots.
Add the olive oil, honey and lemon juice.
Add the salt, pepper and turmeric powder.
Toss them all together. Spread in the tray.
Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 12-15 minutes.
Serve hot with a dip of your choice.
Bake or air fry as per your preference.
Serve with any dip or sauce you like. We like cream cheese dips.
