Gluten Free Almond Butter Banana Bread
A gluten free healthy Banana bread naturally sweetened with almond butter. This recipe is perfect for all types of diets.

Food Processor to make the batter
Loaf tin for the cake
Natural Almond Butter
Honey or maple syrup sweetened is perfect
Gluten free or Almond meal
In a food processor bowl add all the wet ingredients and blitz until smooth.
Add all the dry ingredients and process again until you get a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into a greased lined loaf tin.
Arrange sliced banana and chocolate chunks on top if using them.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes.
Cool completely and slice.
Enjoy for breakfast or as snack.
Replace Oat flour with almond meal if you like.
Use store bought almond butter if you have that - but homemade almond butter is great.
