Use dairy free if you like

Whole Wheat Flour
Or All purpose flour, GF will work too.

Salt

Vanilla

Ground Cinnamon
Optional

Unsalted Butter
Or Oil to grease the frying pan
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl or a
BLENDER JAR
add the eggs, milk, flour, salt, vanilla and the ground cinnamon.
Blend for 15 seconds. If using mixing bowl, combine with a whisk until you have smooth batter.
Heat the frying pan and add 1/4 tsp butter. Grease the pan thoroughly.
Add the batter, about 3/4 of a laddle and swirl the pan carefully by holding the handle so the batter spreads evenly in the pan like a thin pancake.
Cook for 2 minutes until the edges crisp and flip it carefully with a spatula.
Cook for another minute and place in a plate. Fold into 4 if you like, or roll as you like.
Repeat until the batter is over.
Serve with toppings of your choice.
Apple Pie Crepes
Serve the crepes with sliced apples, caramel sauce, ice cream and a dusting of icing sugar.
Notes
Use any milk you like for the recipe.
Same with the flour, use flour of your choice.
Spice it as you like - Ground cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom - all will work.
Cook both the sides and use a good spatula to flip carefully.
Dust the crepes with icing sugar and serve with ice cream to make these crepes dessert crepes.
