1 CupRipe MangoPeeled, stone removed and the fruit cubed
2CupsYogurt(Plant based will work fantastically too)
1tbspHoneyAdjust as needed. Add less if the fruit is sweeter
2tbspChia Seeds
Instructions
Add all the ingredients on a blender jar or stick blender jar.
Blend until smooth.
Serve in glasses and enjoy for breakfast or snack.
Notes
Chia seeds need not be soaked. Texture :)Add ice to the drink if you like when blending. But cold drinks in the morning is not doing any good for your tummy.
