Instructions
Make smooth dough with the rice flour, hot water and salt.
Divide them into small balls, flatten them into rotis [use parchment paper to avoid sticking]
Cook them in a hot pan with ghee.
Serve hot with grated Coconut and Sugar .
Notes
Use raw or roasted rice flour as available.
Use hot water to make the dough and use a wooden spoon to make the dough.
Use a roti maker to flatten the dough balls if you have the equipment.
