Ingredients
1 1/2tspActive dry yeast
1tspwhite sugar
1cupwarm water
2 ½cupsbread flour or All purpose flour or mix of wheat & AP flour
2tbspolive oil
1tspsalt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius
In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let stand until yeast foams, about 10 minutes.
Stir in flour, salt and oil. Knead until smooth.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and pat or roll into a round.
Transfer crust to a lightly greased pizza pan.
Spread with pizza sauce, cheese and toppings of choice and bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden.
