Sakkarai Pongal - Happy pongal :)
The post is a little delayed due to travel plans and all!!
Yep.. travelling for a Marriage function and thus breaking the staying home spell that has lasted too many months to count!!
Although within the state, this will be Raahil's first time visitng his dad's hometown that he is aware of. Excited to spend a couple of days away from home!!

Strawberry Ginger Galette with a Cheddar Cheese Cr

Strawberry Ginger Galette with a Cheddar Cheese Crust.. I always like making galettes than pies, as they are easy, very delicious and most of all no need to worry about cracks or shape!! Too good always... It's raining in Chennai when it is suppose to be winter - but we welcome rain always here.
