Almond Saffron Lassi

After a week of bad cold and sore throat, I just wanted to indulge in something cold, sweet and decadent.
What’s best than our own Lassi… đŸ™‚

This one here is ALMOND SAFFRON LASSI.


  1. 3 Cups of thick Yogurt
  2. 4 Teaspoons of Sugar
  3. 1/2 cup of Almonds
  4. A pinch of salt
  5. Few strands of Saffron.


  1. In a blender Jar, Add the Sugar, almonds and some of the Saffron. Blend until they are ground together.
  2. Add the yogurt, salt and blend for 15-20 seconds.
  3. Chill and serve with some sliced almonds and the remaining Saffron strands {If using cold Yogurt like I did, drink straight from the blender, no need to chill}
