One bowl, 3 steps brownie cakes

Experimenting with chocolates, I suppose is one of the many favourite things everyone who wants to bake has.

I love to bake with chocolate as well. Make chocolate cakes, pies, brownies etc.,

There are many savoury recipes that makes use of chocolate as well. I am not that level yet. Lets stick to sweets..

So, today I want to share a very easy recipe of my one bowl chocolate brownie cakes.

The recipe is super simple, it involves only three steps. Hence the name.. 3 step brownie cake.

As shown in the pictures, I have baked these brownie cake in my brand new mini square cakes tray.. But you can bake your brownies in any tin you fancy..

So, the 3 steps are, melt, mix and bake. Simple is it not??ย 

To make this 1 bowl three steps brownie cakes all you need is the below ingredients.

  • Dark chocolate 120gm
  • Unsalted butter 120gm
  • Brown sugar 1cup
  • Caster sugar 1/2 cup
  • eggs 2
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Baking soda 1/2 TSP
  • Salt a Pinch

Details on the 3 steps are as followed

  1. In a double boiler on a microwave safe bowl, melt together the chocolates and the butter.
  2. Once melted, mix all your other ingredients together and pour the better in your baking tin that is greased well.
  3. Bake at 180 degree Celsius preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

There you have them, my one bowl three steps brownie cake..

There are a lot of variations possible.. swirl in salted caramel or peanut butter or add walnuts or chocolate chips.. No doubt this recipe is a fool proof and a delicious one.
