3 Step Potato wedges – Airfried

Part of my 3 step cooking, these potato wedges are so easy to make, healthy since they are airfried with very little oil.


So, once you have the ingredients ready

  1. Boil the potatoes till they are fork soft
  2. Mix the other ingredients
  3. Bake or air fry

Simple­čśŹ Detailed ingredients list and the method is below..


  1. 3 large potatoes – washed and cut in wedges
  2. Salt and pepper – as required
  3. Italian herb seasoning – 1tsp
  4. Turmeric – 1/2tsp
  5. Seasoned Breadcrumbs – 2tbsp
  6. Garlic powder – 1tsp
  7. Oil -1tsp


  1. Boil the prepared potatoes with a little salt, and drain then once they are soft when a fork pierce them.WIN_20181104_20_23_25_Pro

  3. Bake or air fry at 190┬░C for about 20 minutes till they are done.WIN_20181104_20_54_38_Pro
